- You agree not to post any illegal, abusive, hateful, or explicit content.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines.
- Your IP address is logged when you post or interact with the platform for legal and safety compliance.
- Premium subscriptions provide unlimited connection unlocks for a period of 30 days.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Here is how we handle your data:
- Anonymity: We do not require your real name. Email addresses used for accounts are kept confidential.
- Location Data: We use your GPS location to show nearby posts. Precise location data is not permanently stored or shared with other users.
- IP Logging: We log IP addresses strictly to prevent abuse and comply with law enforcement requests if necessary.
- Third-Party Services: We use secure payment gateways (like Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Pricing & Refund / Cancellation Policy
Pricing: Our Premium Subscription is priced at ₹99 INR (or equivalent in USD) for 30 days of unlimited connection requests.
Refund Policy:
- Since GeoConfess provides an immediate digital service, all sales are final and non-refundable once the premium status is activated.
- If you face a technical issue where payment was deducted but premium was not activated, please contact us within 7 days for a manual activation or refund.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
